MW: All the work that you do over the years is great! It’s also important to take time out to interact with the residents and get to know them. It could change your life.

MW: I think it is my calling to work and care for the most vulnerable.
MSC: Is there a resident who stands out in your mind? Please tell us about them.
MW: Lorenzo, he is a very good person. He's always around the volunteers, helping out in whatever way he can. Whenever I’m having a bad day, he comes around and starts laughing. He makes my day.
