Moises
My Birthday: January 28, 1993
My Gender: Male
My Home: Hogar Belen Diriamba, Nicaragua
My Story:
Hi there, Moises here. I love my home at Hogar Belen Diriamba. I have a great big smile and I am generally happy with just about everything we do here. I love to play games, play sports in the yard and do arts and crafts. I'll try just about any activity once. But when I want to try something, I want to do it right now! Everyone tells me that I’m bossy.
I especially like to dance. I will dance all night and laugh the whole time. I love the music and am pretty good at keeping a beat. I really love playing outside and being on the run. I especially like basketball, football and baseball. I am going to school and learning to improve my fine motor skills. That will help with basketball and dancing! Thanks for reading!
See You Soon! Moises
My Background:
Moises arrived at Mustard Seed Communities Nicaragua in February of 2011 when he was about 16 years old. At that time, despite his age, Moises was suffering from extreme malnutrition and only weighed about 45 pounds. Very little is known about his life prior to his arrival. He was abandoned at a hospital. He was severely beaten and abused. It is believed that Moises mental condition has been caused by abuse. He has gained weight and is now doing much better with medical help and therapy at Mustard Seed Communities Nicaragua.
