Moises
My Birthday: May 16, 2005
My Gender: Male
My Home: Hogar Belen Managua, Nicaragua
My Story:
Hi, my name is Moises and I have been living at Hogar Belen Managua since I was a little baby. I enjoy spending time by myself, but I don’t mind when my stuffed animal friend "Barney the Dinosaur" joins me. I laugh a lot and I love to move my hands and watch them move in patterns. I go to school with the other kids and everyone tells me I am a good boy. I also love to eat, but I don’t like to try anything new, so let’s just stick to rice and beans.
I love to sit and stare at beautiful things like the clouds in the sky or pretty colors. Swinging on the swing set is one of my favorite things to do. So is DANCING! Turn up the music - the louder the better so I can really dance!
Thank you,
Moises
My Background:
Moises came to Mustard Seed Communities Nicaragua as an infant. He was abandoned by his family into the authority of the government as an infant. Moises was born with hydrocephaly affecting his mental capacity and ability to speak. Moises is quiet but he continues to improve every day.
