Top Ten ways to HELP CIGM!!

CIGM - USA is inviting groups of schools, students, individuals, parishes and other organizations to adopt the people of the garbage dump communities by joining one of our extended family groups!

Ways to get involved:
  1. PRAY for MSC and CIGM and the people that we serve
  2. Volunteer! Contact the CIGM-USA office and offer your gifts and talents to CIGM-USA
  3. Attend a "Radical Exposure" Gathering (Multi Media Video Series) to raise awareness and support for CIGM
  4. Become a Volunteer Coordinator on the Foundation Support Team - Coordinators & volunteers needed:
  • Public Relations, Marketing Materials, Speaker's Bureau,
  • CIGM Communications, Web Design and Up Keep, Curriculum Development, Spiritual Programs,
  • Finance and Budget, Office Administration, Operations
  • Community Wide Annual Fundraiser, Fundraising Support, VIK Donations, Immersion Trip Support
  • Technology Acquisition, Corporate Sponsorship, Grant Proposal, Extended Family Group coordinators for each School, Parish or organization
  1. Help with the Annual Community Fundraiser (Feb. 8, 2009 "CIGM Bowling Ball")
  2. Enlist your school, parish or organization to adopt a CIGM site and join a specific country based Extended Family Group
  3. Solicit your corporation to sponsor CIGM through acquisition of VIK goods or manpower for CIGM
  4. Sponsor a collection or drive of needed items - We provide guidance on what to collect, how to inventory, & how to ship donated goods to a CIGM site
  5. Donate funds at secure online site - www.firstgiving.com/cigm
  6. Join an Immersion Mission Trip and help out first hand
